Colchicine

Alert at CrCl <30mL/min. It can cause toxicity in older adults with pre-existing renal impairment. i.e. Gastrointestinal, bone marrow, myopathy, and neuropathy.

Probenecid

Alert at CrCl <30mL/min. There is a loss of effectiveness.
